| On my walk to the light rail station this morning, I saw a car accident - before both vehicles had come to a stop, I and about every other witness were dialing 911 on our cell phones. I stayed until the ambulence arrived, but couldn't help notice that three (3) independently operated tow trucks were there about 5 minutes before the ambulance arrived. | |
