| Jane tells me that the reason why things were so slow at the Reliant Arena was that the people controlling the Astrodome (where most of the people were) were not allowing social workers to walk around and distribute information about available services. The reason given (this is third or fourth hand info, btw) was that there was no insurance to cover the activity. | |
