Our group visited the Phildelphia Museum of Art this evening - very nice. We had guided tours - I took the "American" one -- lots of great stuff, including paintings, furniture, silver objects and stuff - mostly from Pennsylvania and the mid-atlantic region. I didn't take any pictures (but I could have, I guess).
This staircase painting was really cool - the bottom stair is real and sticks out of the wall.
I walked there and back from 12th & Market with some co-workers. They thought the weather was a little hot, but not me! |
