Here's a remix of an earlier posted song, along with a newly recorded outro:
Get the Flash Player to see this player. here's the mp3The intro is new (re-recorded) since last time too - it's a Charvel surfaster through a Magantone Varsity amp, recorded with Naiant mics. The main part of the song is largely the same, but I added a bass track, and I tried to reinforce the thin-ish guitar track (which was recorded with just a pickup - no mic) with a miced (C414) track that I played with the Martin D-28, and then ran through a low pass filter. I had planned to just re-do the whole track, but my performance wasn't up to snuff this time, so I'll try again later. For the outro, I used the Martin D-28, and two Oktava MC-012s in xy at about the 12th fret. Also used the Supro student lap steel direct in to the MOTU again. |
